The Lee family opened Asahi Teppanyaki & Sushi in the spring of 2006 with a vision of creating the community’s finest Japanese dining experience. We want to provide a place where you can bring your family to enjoy an entertaining meal at the hibachi table, gather with friends to catch up over sushi and cocktails, or pop in after a long day of work to treat yourself to something new at the sushi bar.

Our menu fuses the traditional Japanese emphasis on seasonality of food, quality of ingredients, and presentation with the addition of new flavor profiles and popular dishes our guests have requested from years of dining with us. We make our own sauces from recipes developed over the years and infuse each of our dishes with passion and creativity.
